Courses starting during the current national lockdown will begin online on Zoom and will continue in person once the restrictions are lifted. Please note that all courses in our 2021 Winter Programme will be going ahead which means no course cancellations (is that a cheer we can hear?) book with confidence and start the new year off in a positive mindful and creative way.
We have introduced a range of safety measures to keep everyone as safe as possible. Participant numbers are limited to allow everyone to feel comfortable keeping a safe distance, however, due to limited spaces early booking is essential.
Our courses are organised events in COVID secure venues where social distancing measures are in place, and masks are compulsory.

10 Week Course
Learn the fundamentals of drawing characterful portraits capturing a true likeness, in this 10 part course led by tutor Katherine Dereli. Starting from the basics, you will learn from a variety of exercises and tuition the essential techniques used to create beautiful portraits using a pencil.
Still Life
Starting February 8th
10 Week Course
Learn how to set up objects for still life drawing and compose still life artworks with tutor Kathy Dereli. Starting from the basics, you will learn from a variety of exercises and tuition the essential techniques used to create beautiful still life compositions using pencil.

Get creative, explore and record the beautiful Japanese and old English gardens hidden in Calderstones Park. This sketching session is a mixed ability class for those looking to learn useful skills to help celebrate the world around them.
