We have introduced a range of safety measures in the gallery, explained below, to keep everyone as safe and comfortable as possible when we can welcome you back.

Shopping local, supporting your small independent businesses & investing in Liverpool’s fantastic creative community is important now more than ever.
We ask you to please visit responsibly and respect social distancing guidelines, we will be keeping our distance too but are still here for help and advice. We have put in place signage on the gallery floor to guide you through safely. We have set up a table in the gallery and will use this for collections and drop-offs.
We will be limiting the number of customers in the gallery at any one time, to one party at a time. This will allow everyone to keep 2 metres apart when shopping. We appreciate your patience if you need to wait before entering the gallery.
Help yourself to hand sanitiser on your way in and out of the gallery. The dot-art team will be there to ensure that hygiene standards are adhered to, we would appreciate it if you could make use of the sanitiser in the gallery, masks are always encouraged when out in public to help keep us all safe.
We will only be accepting card payments, please use contactless payment where possible. If contactless payment is not possible, please note that our card machines will be cleaned regularly.
We have introduced ‘video viewings’ for those looking to buy original artwork. This allows you to take a closer look and hear about the piece direct from the artist. However, we are taking appointments for viewings in the gallery upon request. In addition to this, our new flat-rate delivery for UK orders is just £6.99! If you do wish to collect your order from the gallery, we have set up a collection desk and will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up.
