The Flower Streets Murals were created by dot-art Artist Madeleine Pires and members of the local community in Kirkdale. Across 11 gable ends, each mural is blossoming with colour and community spirit, thanks to the successful completion of a major Safer Streets initiative delivered by dot-art.
Designed to address anti-social behaviour and rejuvenate the local area, this ambitious project has brought together residents, artists, and local leaders to create a stunning series of murals that reflect the neighbourhood’s unique identity. Spearheaded by Culture Liverpool and local Councillors in collaboration with Streetscene, the initiative sought to foster pride and community engagement through art and collaboration.
