Jules Penlington
Born in 1992, Jules Penlington is an award-winning mixed media artist based in Liverpool. Creating pieces through painting, drawing, sculpture and more, Jules’ knowledge and experience of the different paint is evident throughout her work. Using only the best quality materials, Jules is mainly known for designing paintings of beloved buildings and landmarks for weddings and special gifts. Having already established herself as a well-known illustrator in her hometown, Jules is now making a name for herself in Europe with her bold abstract oil paintings.
Alongside her paintings, Jules runs regular workshops in a variety of different mediums across the UK – from abstract oils to acrylic pouring! Within these workshops, she encourages both beginners and hobbyists to experiment with different mediums and techniques that she has developed over 6 years within her own work.

Seeing them grow and develop their practice within each workshop has been a true pleasure. Being able to show people my passion and meeting artists from all over the UK has been so much fun!”
When Jules is not teaching or creating art, she enjoys socialising with her friends, attending local artist exhibitions and lurking in her favourite coffee shops. It is her dream to move to Amsterdam and one day run an outdoor workshop in Vondelpark.
